Plaxo for iPhone is the free, smart address book app that brings all your contacts into one place, provides access to your data on your iPhone, iPod Touch, and everywhere else you need it, and keeps your contact information up-to-date.
With Plaxo for iPhone, you can take your Plaxo address book wherever you go, backup your contacts safely online, and automatically sync over the air when you start the app or edit contacts on your phone.

MS Exchange Users
For those using Microsoft Exchange Sync, Plaxo for iPhone works with your existing email and calendar settings, but you must turn off “Contacts” sync for app to properly sync. To change this setting:

3. Turn off “Contacts” sync
We DO NOT currently support Exchange Contact sync but are considering adding this functionality to a future release.
